What is a safe amount of boost to run on a 2010 mustang GT with 3.73 track pack and 5 speed stick? I am thinking about ford racing supercharger,400 hp or 525 hp. How risky is it to run the 525 hp version?

With increased power comes increased risk but we have a lot of customers making over 500 to the tires for a few years now and they have had no issues. Ford will honor your warranty on the 400 hp kits but they void it on the 550 hp ones.

Ya, Ford will void your warranty. But it will be a great to have 500+ hp under the hood...
